1Review: Yes, in some areas, formulaic. As a writer, plot elements, I can see a lot of more or less from scratch. But this film is not meant to be at in terms of characterization of complex or Avenger. Its just plain good fun in the summer, and a lot of laughter with an interesting cast. Jeff Bridges is priceless, and she and Ryan Reynolds work well together. Ryan with his choirboy looks and deadpan delivery of the brand, it's definitely watchable. Mary Louise Parker, who perky character scarily offbeat load lines to chew the scenery, it is a wonderful Proctor.Some reviewers, the film portrays a poor mans ripoff Men In Black stars as a highlight, or Ghostbusters. Its not. Its just for fun, wisecracking film based on the comic book genre known independent publisher Dark Horse on. Go, some popcorn, laugh a lot, and enjoy the summer.
